Portraits in watercolor – Something different for intermediate watercolorists. Paint portraits of your children, spouse, grandchildren, or pets. Learn to compose a strong portrait. Practice techniques for individual features such as making the nose project.

Landscapes in Acrylic or Oil with an introduction to painting outdoors – A painting demo is a lot like painting en plein air. Learn to paint all prima. Get great set-up and technique ideas to tempt you outside. Students may paint in either acrylic or oil. 

Watercolor painting on Ampersand Claybord Textured – This is just plain fun. Use the watercolors you love without the hassle of paper, matting, and glass. Standard sizes allow for instant framing. You will need only your regular watercolor set up plus at least one 8x10 to 14 x 18 Ampersand Claybord Textured board. A limited number of boards are available to purchase at the workshop.

Flowers, still life, and Interiors in Acrylic and Oil - In this workshop we paint from life indoors. Students my paint in either acrylic or oil.

The Surprise Me Demo! - Since I work in different mediums and paint a variety of subject matter, this seems like a good demo to offer. Join me in discovering the "what if?" du jour. Feel the excitement of current interests, techniques, materials, and subjects as they unfold.
